Tesla’s Gulf Coast Lithium Refinery in Robstown is looking for a Process Optimization Engineer to enhance plant performance and operational stability for their pioneering facility. The engineer will engage closely with Operations and Technical teams to develop approaches that improve throughput and reliability.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in process or production engineering. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools are essential.
