ABOUT THE JOB:
Domino's Pizza is hiring general managers. This role requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask. You will oversee operations to ensure the team is performing effectively and consistently.
- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Many team members began as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino's franchise owners. Opportunities include progression from delivery driver to management, general manager to franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

QualificationsGeneral job duties for all store team members:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training
- Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; in-store temperatures can range from cool to hot.
- Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and driving for deliveries.
- Driving responsibilities include delivering product by car, delivering to customer door, and navigational duties within delivery area.
Additional Information includes safety, bending, and posture notes relevant to daily operations.
