Personal Assistant / Support Worker (Part-Time, Flexible Rota)

Up to 20 hours per week (flexible, 3-week rota)

Pay: £12.60 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a female adult with physical disabilities in her daily life. The role also includes helping with her three children and supporting the smooth running of a busy family home.

• Provide personal care and daily living support to an adult with physical disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
• Support with childcare routines (school runs, activities, and playtime).
• Occasionally travel to assist with work commitments outside of the home.
• Promote independence and a positive, supportive home environment.
• Work flexibly on a 3‑week Rota, as follows:

• Week 1:
  Wed‑Fri 6am – 9:30am, Saturday 9am – 3pm
• Week 2:
  Mon, Tue, Fri 6am – 9:30am, Saturday 9am – 3pm
• Week 3:
  Mon – Thur 9am – 9:30am

Additional adhoc hours available.

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities is highly desirable.
• Kind, trustworthy, patient, and adaptable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a family team.
• Flexible and reliable, with good communication skills.
• Driving licence preferable.

• Part‑time, up to 20 hours per week (flexible schedule arranged on a 3‑week rota).
• Pay: £12.60 per hour.
