Production (All Shifts)

ING PAY FOR ALL PRODUCTION MEMBERS IS: $22.20 per hour + $0.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Rochelle Foods, LLC has openings for Production. Successful candidates will work in our food processing production facility located in Rochelle, IL. Weekend work is required. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process. Rochelle Foods, LLC produces a variety of products for food service and retail consumers, including Hormel® Bacon 1, Hormel® Black Label® bacon, precooked and microwaveable bacon, Hormel® Compleats® microwaveable meals and deli hams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.
• Read and write to complete job‑related paperwork.
• Operate a forklift consistent with company standards.
• Use a computer to complete job‑related tasks.
• Perform repetitive hand & wrist motion throughout a shift.
• Lift, push, pull 50+ lbs as required throughout the course of a shift.
• Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job‑related tasks.
• Kneel, squat, climb as necessary to complete job‑related tasks.
• Perform grasping and pinching motions to complete job‑related tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Refrigerated environment – temperatures average 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

NEW EMPLOYEES:
New hires at our facility are immediately placed on a 3‑month probationary period. During this time, employee attendance and performance is closely monitored. While on probation, management reserves the right to move an employee to a different position anywhere in our manufacturing facility to suit the needs of the business.
