Starting pay is $28.96 per hour

$0.80/hour shift differential (6PM – 6AM)

Shift: 6PM – 6AM (4 days on/4 days off)

• Operate and maintain coating equipment and the oven, ensuring quality under supervision
• Set up, operate, maintain, adjust, changeover, and wash up equipment to maximize production efficiency and product quality
• Diagnose mechanical and quality problems, determine and execute repairs with minimal spoilage and delays
• Maintain reports and records of production and changeovers as required
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly; report accidents, damage, or emergencies immediately to supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions
• Can‑do, will‑do attitude

The hiring bonus is paid out in two installments of $500 after the 80‑day probationary period and the second after completion of 6 months. This bonus is $1000 pre‑tax.
