Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food manufacturing and packaging equipment to meet production goals
• Follow detailed safety, sanitation, and quality procedures in all tasks
• Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with Hormel and regulatory standards
• Accurately record production, quality, and safety data in logs and systems
• Perform basic equipment changeovers, cleaning, and minor adjustments
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
• Participate in training, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities
• Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets plant safety requirements
