Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, noting and reporting suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific protocols to help support authorized entry and help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Complete assigned reports and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or first responders when appropriate.
