Support plant Quality, high performance culture and continuous improvement programs through active participation in QRMP, Quality Management Systems and plant productivity programs;
Support General Plant Electrical, Maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance needs.;
Troubleshoot electrical equipment, maintain, and improve electrical control systems, and complete work orders.;
Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance/Production Leadership, any corrective electrical/mechanical maintenance required on assigned equipment to ensure optimum line efficiency and product quality.;
Lead in establishing predictive electrical maintenance initiatives for focused lines in the department.
