Warehouse Operator - Weekend Nights

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and efficient shipment processing. The role contributes directly to operational flow by preparing materials, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Shift: 7pm - 7am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Pay: $25/hr + Incentive.

• Champion safe work practices in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare materials, products, and equipment for shipment and distribution.
• Process and fulfill orders for customers and internal teams using scanning tools.
• Picks, packs, and stages orders while verifying accuracy.
• Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials while reporting damages.
• Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory using a reach truck or forklift.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
• Standardize and improve shipping and receiving procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.

• Bring a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience; steel or tubing experience preferred.
• Demonstrate basic math proficiency for accurate order processing.
• Communicate effectively to support collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solves problems effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet quality standards.

• Perform regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material‑handling tasks.
