Del Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower, producer and marketer of fresh, value‑added, and shelf‑stable produce. We are currently seeking Seasonal Worker III – Lift Truck Drivers. The Seasonal Worker III
- Lift Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks within the Distribution Center. This temporary seasonal position supports key DC functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory management, and product put‑away, while maintaining compliance with safety standards, GMP, and engineered labor standards.

• Drive pallets to and from label lines, wrapper machine, and store product in correct warehouse rows.
• Restock divider sheets and wooden pallets to gallon machines.
• Perform other driver duties as required.
• Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Powered industrial lift truck qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucks.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
