About the Role:We’re seeking a motivated individual with experience in accounts payable, accounting, or office administration. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, entering data, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play an important role in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and maintain Accounts Payable transactions.
- Enter invoices and financial information accurately into Quick Books.
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative and financial support to team members.
- Assist with additional office and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
- Familiarity with Quick Books.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and motivated work ethic.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
