This is a detail-driven role supporting repossessions, bankruptcies, legal documentation, and fraud case tracking. If you’re organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information, we want to meet you.

• Prepare and track documentation for repossessions, bankruptcies, and legal filings
• Support fraud case administration and recovery tracking
• Process legal notices and account updates
• Coordinate with attorneys, repossession agents, and vendors
• Assist with departmental reporting and compliance documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
• Banking, collections, or legal admin experience preferred

Starting Pay: $18–$20 per hour
