• Assist in processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timely
• Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communications
• Communicate with service technicians, customers, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
• Review and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
• Support the Warranty Administrator with clerical and administrative tasks
• Coordinate warranty parts ordering and tracking as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning warranty management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in automotive warranty administration or dealership operations preferred but not required, willing to train the right person
