$17.41 per hour, per RSPA Master Agreement for Classification II
Qualifications:- High School Diploma with excellent command of the English language, required.
- General office experience, required.
- Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn software programs used in this position.
- Experience in administration of a data based facilities reservations system and work-order management system preferred.
- Ability to interact positively with school/community.
- Ability to handle a multitude of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and available transportation.
Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Director of Capital Projects and Facility Operations
Job Goal:To assist with the efficient operation of district-wide capital project initiatives and overall district facility operations.
Performance Responsibilities:- Process all purchase orders for Sinking Fund program and process any necessary change orders;
Save all related invoices and send to Accounts Payable - Maintain and organize project and department files, spreadsheets, and data bases
- Create quarterly report to demonstrate department updates/accomplishments and share with Administration
- Order and schedule installation of signage district wide
- Support the Director and Project Engineer as requested
- Maintain and manage outside contractor site access, including creation of temporary s
- Track utility usage - collect gas meter reads across the district to share with energy management company
- Assist Project Engineer with ordering furniture, scheduling delivery, and maintaining an inventory of surplus furniture in storage
- Maintain an inventory of depreciable assets district wide
- Maintain the Director’s calendar and schedule meetings on their behalf
- Plan department social events
- An employee working in this assignment will be required to sit for long periods of time and work on a desktop computer.
- Data entry, record search, and report generation is a large part of the duties of this position and repetitive hand motion will be required.
- The employee may occasionally be required to manually verify accuracy of order delivery at different facility locations which could include moving or lifting items of approximately 30 pounds.
- 12 month schedule
- 8 hours per day
- Salary and benefits per RSPA Classification II schedule.
