  We are seeking a Municipal Project Manager with experience in municipal and LAP transportation project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of related experience
• Engineering and design experience with water systems, sewer systems, storm water systems, roads, and site plan review
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Design experience with various Michigan agencies, including MDOT local agency system
• Computer skills including internet, e-mail, Excel, Word
• Experience/background with construction administration/engineering is a plus

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with established clients
• Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
• Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
• Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding
• Lead the development and design of new capital improvement projects from beginning to end
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Assist in the development new clients and opportunities
