Job Description Dual Responsibilities In Office

• Annotate/dimension coordinated MEP systems to produce install drawings for clients.
• Placement of MEP system supports/hanger utilizing Revit.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Must be responsible, self motivated and willing to work in a team and independent environments.
• Ability to provide productive recommendations and or feedback from the field conditions/clients.
• Ability to communicate information from the office staff to the clients in the field or vice versa.
• Must be willing and able to follow all jobsite rules/regulations.
• Accurately layout points (utilizing Trimble Total Station), collect data, perform basic mathematical calculations and quality checks without direct supervision.
• Produce organized scan data.
• Properly care and maintain all provided equipment.
• Take periodic drug testing to comply with construction site rules/regulations.

• High school diploma
• Ability to read and understand engineered construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to work on a team and present good problem solving skills
• Resides in Michigan.
• Motivation to stay productive without direct supervision
• Reliable form of transportation

• Knowledge of MEP Construction
• Knowledge of Revit/Revit MEP Software
• Degree or certificate in drafting or modeling / any previous detailing experience
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
• Experience with point clouds
• Experience with 3D laser scanning and scanning equipment
• Experience with field layout equipment
• Familiar with applicable commercial building codes (plumbing and mechanical).
• OSHA Certified
