  • Utilize data acquisition and testing tools developed in C/C++ and Python to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Support embedded systems tasks such as firmware updates, sensor calibration, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain high‑quality engineering documentation, including service reports, integration guides, and change logs.
  • Train customer teams and provide technical support during ramp‑up and ongoing operations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor technologies, and the evolving robotics landscape.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering;
    Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience in deploying robotic solutions in manufacturing, logistics or warehouse settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in robotic systems integration, field support, or AMR deployment.
  • Proficiency in Linux‑based systems, scripting in Python, and programming in C/C++.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, firmware workflows, sensor integration, and real‑time diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with AMR fleet management, industrial communication protocols, and SLAM‑based navigation systems.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent service management platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communicator with proven customer‑facing experience.
  • Able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
