• Design and develop custom electromechanical testing and process monitoring solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Apply sound engineering principles to create reliable, cost-effective systems that meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand application requirements and translate them into engineered solutions.
• Prepare system layouts, design concepts, engineering documentation, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and project engineering teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Support prototype development, product validation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Provide technical support during customer demonstrations, installations, and product launches.
• Evaluate existing product designs and recommend improvements for performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Assist the sales organization by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and proposal development.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and customer specifications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience involving product design, applications engineering, systems engineering, or custom automation equipment.
• Experience designing engineered products or systems for industrial or manufacturing applications.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers.

• Experience with manufacturing automation, industrial testing equipment, data acquisition systems, sensors, machine vision, or process monitoring technologies.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Familiarity with PLC‑controlled equipment, instrumentation, or industrial controls.
• Experience supporting customer‑facing engineering or applications engineering activities.
