Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and document client progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and references checks.
• Car insurance and car registration.
• Must have Driver license

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
