. You'll support patients and providers by helping navigate pharmacy benefits and coordinating prescription services. Be part of a mission‑driven team that improves lives every day! This role is based out of the Rochester Hills door Pharmacy department at Henry Ford Health.

Eligible for a $2,500 Sign‑on Bonus.

Schedule:

Full‑time Day Shifts. Collaborate with the Specialty Department within the Henry Ford Health Pharmacy Advantage Team. The position is office‑based and requires strong computer and phone communication skills.

• Prescription intake and management for specialty medications.
• Insurance benefits investigation and prior authorization management.
• Financial assistance support for patients.
• Refill adherence monitoring and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate closely with patients, providers, and insurers to navigate the specialty medication process, ensuring timely care and a positive patient experience.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License.
• Minimum of two years of previous pharmacy technician experience.
• Preferred: experience as a specialty pharmacy technician.
