Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and established clinical protocols.Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility.Safely transfer, position, and ambulate patients using appropriate equipment and techniques.Monitor patients’ physical and emotional condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff.Accurately document patient care, observations, and vital information in electronic or paper medical records.Support pediatric patients and their families with compassion, reassurance, and clear communication.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.Follow infection prevention and control policies, including proper use of PPE and aseptic techniques.Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.Uphold patient rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Qualifications & Experience
Nursing Assistant certification (CNA).Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or long‑term care setting preferred.Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and common patient care practices.Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility (with or without assistive devices).Familiarity with infection control standards and infectious disease protocols.Knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions.Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
