We are looking to hire a
Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests.

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.

• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment

• One-year experience in the industry or related field

The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public.

This position typically operates at an indoor desk with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
