Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled EDI / ERP Integration Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing EDI processes within an ERP environment, ensuring the accurate flow of customer demand, shipping, and invoicing transactions while serving as the subject matter expert for EDI operations. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technical teams to improve system performance, support customers onboarding, and resolve critical shipping and transaction issues.
Job Duties:
- Monitor and resolve daily EDI transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor Autorelease, supporting requirements, shipping, and ASN workflows
- Analyze transaction errors and reconcile data discrepancies to maintain data integrity
- Develop and maintain EDI standards, documentation, business processes, and system maps
- Partner with IT, supply chain, business stakeholders, and trading partners to support EDI initiatives
- Support customer onboarding efforts and continuous improvement projects related to EDI and ERP integration
- Provide operational support for shipping issues, including participation in an on-call support rotation
- Assist with system security administration and audit-related activities
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced experience with Infor Autorelease is a must
- Must have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and protocols
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience supporting EDI transactions, including customer demand, shipping, invoicing, and ASNs
- Experience troubleshooting EDI processing and resolving transaction errors
- Understanding of ERP systems and system integration concepts
- Experience documenting technical processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience supporting automotive manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of customer onboarding and EDI implementation projects
- Experience supporting shipping and logistics operations
- Familiarity with EDI mapping tools and integration platforms
- Experience with security administration and audit support
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies within IT or operations
