Requirements
Must have:- We are looking for 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a comparable function.
- We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- We need strong Power BI development expertise, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- We require solid SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- We expect the ability to convert business questions into analytical and reporting solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Power Apps is preferred.
- Python experience for analytics, automation, data validation, or lightweight ETL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service administration and deployment practices is preferred.
- Exposure to Azure data services or other ETL/ELT tools is preferred.
- Experience with version control and ticketing/SDLC practices is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, Power Platform credentials, or Azure fundamentals are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- We develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models to support business reporting needs.
- We work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, define metrics, and deliver practical reporting solutions.
- We continuously improve reporting content through enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and iterative updates.
- We partner with data and IT teams to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency across reporting solutions.
- We support governance-related activities such as documentation, access and security considerations, and release procedures.
- We contribute to Power Apps solutions that support and enhance reporting workflows.
