Pomeroy Living is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Afternoon/ Midnight Nurse Supervisor to lead our incredible team for the 7pm-7am shift!

As our Nurse Supervisor
, you'll be more than just a manager; you'll be a mentor, a resource, and a champion for our nursing staff. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Lead and Inspire:
  Provide guidance, support, and direction to our team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Champion Quality Care:
  Ensure our residents receive personalized, compassionate care that meets their individual needs.
• Be a Problem Solver:
  Address resident and family concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Maintain adherence to all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Foster Teamwork:
  Promote a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone thrives.
• Be a Clinical Expert:
  Utilize your strong clinical skills to guide staff and provide excellent care.
• Communicate Effectively:
  Maintain clear and open communication with staff, residents, families, and other departments.

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Michigan and current BLS.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in a skilled nursing setting.
• A passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
