You will earn up to $27.40 per hour.

• Starting wage $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on years of certification

• 8- or 12-hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Days required – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging ongoing well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and achieving results.
