The Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit where the center operates 24 hours a day, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as required, using the latest technology and working in a strong interdisciplinary team.

What You Will Earn
  • Starting wages: $88,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Plus $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
  • Set schedules — choose between shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • On-call responsibilities included as part of a rotation

How You Will Help People Every Day
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
  • Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
  • Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource person for clinical issues.
  • Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
  • Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing school with at least 2 years of long‑term care and leadership experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License; current CPR‑BLS certification required.
  • High level of analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex problems concerning well‑being.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to quality, passion, and innovation.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals.
