Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Rochester Hills, MI)

The Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit where the center operates 24 hours a day, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as required, using the latest technology and working in a strong interdisciplinary team.
What You Will Earn- Starting wages: $88,000 - $90,000 per year
- Plus $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
- Set schedules — choose between shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
- Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school with at least 2 years of long‑term care and leadership experience.
- Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License; current CPR‑BLS certification required.
- High level of analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex problems concerning well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to quality, passion, and innovation.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals.
