Registered Nurse RN - Up to $42.40 per hour (Rochester Hills, MI)
Join our Well Bridge of Rochester Hills team! Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team providing specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care utilizing the latest technology and working with a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn: $38.40 - $42.40 per hour wages
- Base wage range $35.00 – $39.00 per hour, based on years of certification
- PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
- Yearly wage increases
Scheduling:
- 12-hour shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
- Day or night shifts available

Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
- Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
- Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the physiological and psychosocial well-being of patients
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and current CPR certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
- Team player dedicated to supporting the team
