Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility, is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, learn, gain experience, strengthen your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Employment Type:

Full time.

Shift: Afternoons 3pm-11pm and every other weekend.
Part‑time & full‑time opportunities – 8‑hour shifts.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
• Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

• Hands‑on experience in caregiving or related fields.
• Compassionate and committed to patient care and teamwork.
• Availability for DAYS, Afternoons or Nights shifts and every other weekend.
• Ready to take part in everyday care tasks.
