The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, high‑quality care for all residents.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding skillful care processes and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of long‑term care and leadership experience.
• Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan license and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions for complex problems.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals.

• Starting wages $88,000 to $90,000 per year.
• Sign‑On Bonus $10,000.
• Shift scheduling options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.
