Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC

Job DescriptionAdminister oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression and assess cognitive function. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
Keep an organized, well-stocked, and clean clinic at all times.
Shift will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, with a typical week of two or three weekdays and every other weekend. Position requires working on some major holidays.
ContractThis is a temporary/contract position with the possibility of conversion to permanent.
Education / Licenses NeededMust have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
