Provide leadership in the restaurant by coaching and training Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.;
Directly perform hands-on operational work to train employees and respond to customer service needs.;
Manage day-to-day operations including labor, inventory counting and ordering, and developing the restaurant team.;
Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables and take corrective action to meet margin and sales targets.;
Assist the Restaurant General Manager with staffing plans, training, performance management, and communication of corrective actions.
