Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Auburn Pointe store in Rochester Hills, MI. You will lead a bakery shift, ensure premier customer service, manage day-to-day operations, and coach the Cookie Crew to deliver high-quality baked goods and a great guest experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while maintaining safety and proper cash handling. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., with 1+ year in a customer-service role.
