As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Account Manager to join our high-performing team in Rochester Hills, MI.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Lead customer programs from acquisition and launch through production and end-of-life support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia on global automotive platforms
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
• Drive customer satisfaction while helping achieve company sales objectives

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or related markets preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fasteners and joining solutions
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 50%)
