Top Rx is seeking a Sales Team Manager to directly supervise the hourly sales staff and coordinate administrative support to drive high performance. You will coach team members, conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, and lead full sales activities including cold calls, new accounts, and daily operations.
You’ll also own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring while ensuring adherence to the sales process. Schedule is 9:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with one Manager on Duty per week.
