Brand ambassador, sales professional, and operator-in‑training responsible for client experience, revenue generation, and hands‑on studio execution.

• Deliver a premium, welcoming experience
• Educate first‑time clients on contrast therapy and SWTHZ services
• Convert intros, walk‑ins, and leads into memberships and packages
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals

• Flip private suites between sessions (cleaning, resetting, restocking)
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and supply stocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury studio environment

This role includes physical, hands‑on work. Clean studios and flawless suite presentation are non‑negotiable and required for advancement.
