We Offer

Hourly Pay plus bonuses based on guest service & retention and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm OR 2:30-9:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio. MUST be 18 years old. Minimum weekly hours = 15/week.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Sell memberships with confidence
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
