Security Officer - Flex Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to the client by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions;
Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, and directing deliveries to designated locations per site policy;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or client contacts for follow-up
