Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified Field Inspector located in Rochester Hills, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Certified Field Inspector will conduct thorough property assessments, identify structural or water management issues, and develop personalized solutions to meet homeowner needs. Responsibilities include preparing accurate reports, educating homeowners on repair options, collaborating with team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate communication of findings and solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in inspection, assessment, and documentation.
  • Knowledge in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in technology and reporting tools for preparing inspection reports and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to educate and support homeowners.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with time management and organizational skills.
  • Physically capable of conducting on-site property inspections, including entering tight spaces or uneven terrain.
  • Experience in the construction or home services industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inspection or construction are advantageous.
