Position:
Project Manager Roofing
Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Roofing
Required Skills:- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across roofing installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals.
- Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
- 5+ years of project management experience with roofing
- Residential roofing installation experience
