This Position reports to:
Director Of Customer Service Sales

The work location for this role:
The ABB Robotics US Headquarters is in Auburn Hills, MI. This position can be fully remote in the US with up to 50% travel. The main stakeholders are USA Robotics Business Divisions (Auto/Tier 1/Industries/Service).

• Adapting and implementing support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy.
• Ensuring seamless technical and commercial support for internal and external customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Creating, implementing, and reviewing the support strategy for the designated area based on the overall service business strategy.
• Overseeing execution of proposals and projects in various regions requiring contractor licensing and ensuring they align with ABB standards and targets.
• Ensuring customer focus and understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
• Assisting teams of technical support engineers and/or customer support staff.
• Driving continuous improvement culture and implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your own area of responsibility.

• Current general contractor licenses valid in key manufacturing regions of the USA.
• 5+ years of Master Electrician/Compliance Qualifier experience in manufacturing or capital equipment.
• Possess electrical/mechanical and general contractor licensing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with sales proposal and project execution teams and the greater robotics organization in the USA market.
• Ability to communicate effectively in production and office environments with manufacturing and execution teams.

• Compensation:
  Base salary range and bonus eligibility as described in posting.

While base salary is determined by the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is bonus eligible.
