We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Engineer to join our Reactive Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with additional multi-trade skills such as brickwork or roofing highly desirable. The role involves travelling to commercial and retail properties across the South of the UK, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance works.

Our services include reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and large-scale projects. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites.
• Undertake a wide range of tasks including roofing, brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling, and minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance).
• Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative to resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Accurately complete job reports and communicate effectively with the office team.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (roofing, carpentry, or brickwork highly advantageous).
• At least 3 years' trade experience.
• Proven multi-trade maintenance background.
• Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

• £180 - £190 per day.
