We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This client-facing role is responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, overseeing monthly accounting engagements, reviewing financial statements, and serving as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

• Manage a portfolio of business clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements and related work papers.
• Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end close activities.
• Provide guidance on accounting best practices and financial reporting.
• Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow, and operational accounting questions.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses for accuracy.
• Coordinate and support year-end tax and audit engagements.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

• 7+ years of accounting experience required; public accounting or Client Accounting Services experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA license preferred
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and accounting engagements
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes
• Proven ability to review work, mentor team members, and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting software
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, proactive, and professional approach
