Keller Williams Paint Creek is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the commercial real estate side of the business. We are looking for someone who can operate at a high level, anticipate needs before they arise, and help keep leadership focused on growth while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces with professionalism and urgency.

You should enjoy creating order, solving problems, and being deeply involved in the operations of a growing commercial real estate business.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and client communications
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with commercial real estate operations, transactions, and project coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents
  • Help manage contracts, deadlines, follow-ups, and operational workflows
  • Create and improve systems, SOPs, and organizational processes
  • Track projects and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives
  • Support marketing coordination, client events, and business development efforts when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or high-level administrative professional
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms
  • Proactive problem solver with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Professional, polished, and client-service oriented
