Assist with the repair of vehicle bodies to ensure they meet safety and cosmetic standards.

Support senior technicians in diagnosing vehicle structural and cosmetic issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Keep up-to-date on new techniques, tools, and technologies in the auto body industry.

Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating repair needs and timeframe.

Education:

Technical training in auto body repair preferred.

Experience:

Some experience in automotive repair or a related field preferred, but not required.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential.

Communication:
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Ability:
Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as well as stand for extended periods.

Learning Agility:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair techniques and technologies.

Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.
