Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Advisor
- Interact with Service vlients to address vehicle issues and manage expectations
- Work as part of a Team to solve problems and implement solutions
- Act as point person and trusted Advisor for our service customers
- Educate and offer Customers services for their vehicle needs
- Be proactive in anticipating Customer needs
- Answer customer calls and provide follow up
- Greeting customers in the service lane
