Dealership Greeter

As a Dealership Greeter at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional and welcoming experience. You will answer phones, greet customers warmly as they arrive, and manage the flow of traffic in both the showroom and service areas to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage traffic and maintain order within the showroom and service areas.
• Provide information about the dealership services and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Coordinate with dealership staff to facilitate excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
