We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our teams at Rochester Hills Family Dental Group and Family Smiles Dental Care!

Both practices are growing, and we are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, building strong relationships with patients, and helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

Rochester Hills Family Dental Group: 2606 S Adams Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309

Family Smiles Dental Care: 2064 W Auburn Road Rochester Hills, MI 48309

• Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleanings
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal screenings
• Take dental X-rays as needed
• Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
• Clearly communicate periodontal findings and treatment recommendations to patients
• Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to provide seamless patient care
• Present clinical findings to the doctor and assist with developing appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical standards
• Help build and maintain a productive hygiene schedule while providing thorough, high-quality care

• Active Michigan Dental Hygiene license
• Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certification
• Strong periodontal assessment and diagnostic skills
• Confident clinical skills and sound judgment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to maximize appointment time while maintaining a high standard of care
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Family Smiles)
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Family Smiles)
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rochester Hills Family Dental Group)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rochester Hills Family Dental Group)
• Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Family Smiles)
• May–August: 1 Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

With both practices continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join established teams with busy and expanding hygiene schedules. We offer flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work across two Rochester-area offices, making it possible to build the number of hours that work best for you.
