Position: Coordinator, Campus Experiences
Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, student development, or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

* A minimum of two years experience with leadership development, service learning/community engagement programs, and event planning.

* A minimum of two years experience advising students and/or student organizations and supervising students.

* Graduate internship experience considered.

* Strong experience in the use of a computer for word processing, spreadsheets, database, financial systems, email, on-line calendars, researching on the web, social networking.

* Working knowledge of student development theory.

* Sensitivity and commitment to enhancing the student experience through the understanding of leadership and human relations.

* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with others from diverse and inclusive backgrounds.

* Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Desired Qualifications

* Master's degree preferred.

Position Details Position Purpose

Responsible for student leadership development, service learning/community engagement initiatives, and campus programming. Manages the Leadership and Volunteer Center. Collaborates with on and off campus partnerships. Shared supervision of graduate assistant, student interns, and student assistants.
