Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of electromechanical components for the automotive industry, is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to support plastic injection molding and assembly operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting both internal teams and customer requirements.

Responsibilities- Managing quality performance for plastic injection molding and assembly processes
- Leading quality auditors and supporting containment of nonconforming material
- Conducting failure analysis for internal and customer complaints Monitoring SPC and initiating corrective action when required
- Developing and maintaining inspection procedures, gages, and work instructions
- Supporting and developing inspection programs
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a medium- to high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience with 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and quality tools
